They get to know the Foundation, take part in an event, project or consultation, and find out which activities they feel most at home with.

They get involved in specific tasks, receive support and develop practical social and organisational skills.

They support others, help to share out tasks, ensure good communication and strengthen the team of volunteers.

They organise activities in their local area or community, maintain contact with partners and coordinate the local team.
