Terms and Conditions for Making Donations

§ 1.

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules governing the making of donations and payments to The Social Impulse Foundation in Rzeszów, with its registered office at 35C/W164 Fryderyka Szopena Street, Rzeszów, 35-055 Rzeszów, entered in the National Court Register by the District Court in Rzeszów, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0001236396, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 8133951201, National Business Register Number (REGON) 544560462, (hereinafter referred to as Foundation).
  2. The online payment operator is PayPro SA, a company with its registered office in Poznań, at 8 Pastelowa Street (60-198), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000347935, NIP number 7792369887, with share capital of PLN 437,100.00, fully paid up, and in the register of national payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervision Authority under number UKNF IP24/2014 (hereinafter referred to as PayPro SA).
  3. The website www.impuls-spoleczny.pl and its subpage https://impuls-spoleczny.pl/wesprzyj/ are administered by the Social Impulse Foundation, based in Rzeszów.

§ 2. 

  1. By using the online donation platform, the Donor declares and confirms that they have read the Terms and Conditions and accept their provisions.
  2. Donations can be paid directly into the Foundation’s account, number 97 1600 1332 1728 5648 4000 0001
         or online via the form available at https://impuls-spoleczny.pl/wesprzyj/ and/or via the Przelewy24.pl service.
  3. Donations made via the website https://impuls-spoleczny.pl/wesprzyj/ are processed by the payment service provider PayPro SA, with its registered office in Poznań, at 8 Pastelowa Street (60-198), KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887.
  4. Payments via the website https://impuls-spoleczny.pl/wesprzyj/ can be made 24 hours a day.
  5. Via the website https://impuls-spoleczny.pl/wesprzyj/, you can make one-off donations by selecting one of the amounts suggested on the site or by entering any other amount of your choice.

§ 3.

  1. The term ‘donation’ refers to contributions made to the Foundation by a Donor at no cost to the Donor, drawn from the Donor’s own assets.
  2. A donation to the Foundation may be made by an adult natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the Donor.
  3. Donations made by donors will be used exclusively to further the Foundation’s statutory objectives.

§ 4.

The Foundation accepts no liability for any interruptions to the operation of the Przelewy24 service provided by PayPro SA.

§. 5

  1. Donors can make a donation via the payment methods provided by PayPro SA, such as (e-transfer, payment card, BLIK, direct bank transfer).
  2. Online donations are processed via an electronic bank transfer facilitated by the Przelewy24 system.
  3. You can make a donation by clicking ‘Donate’ on the website https://impuls-spoleczny.pl/wesprzyj/. Once you have clicked the link, please follow the instructions provided on the payment provider’s website.
  4. When making an online donation, please visit https://impuls-spoleczny.pl/wesprzyj/, select the donation amount and accept these terms and conditions; you will then be redirected to the Przelewy24 website.

§ 6.

  1. The Social Impulse Foundation ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002.
  2. The data controller for data collected when making online donations is the Impuls Społeczny Foundation in Rzeszów, whilst the data controller for data collected in connection with the provision of the online payment service is Przelewy24 – PayPro SA.
  3. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which permits the processing of data for the performance of a contract or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract; as well as in situations where the Controller is obliged to fulfil a legal obligation to which it is subject, or where there is a legitimate interest of the Controller – we consider this to include building relationships with Donors by providing reliable information on the progress of the fundraising campaign and sending acknowledgements, as well as storing data to protect against claims or to pursue them.
  4. Donors’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of fulfilling the donation agreement, carrying out banking and accounting procedures, and pursuing the Foundation’s legitimate interests.
  5. By making a donation, the Donor agrees that their personal data will be processed for the purpose of processing the donation in accordance with applicable law. It may also be used to contact the Donor in the event of any issues relating to the processing of the donation or to confirm receipt of payment.

§ 7.

  1. Donors making payments via the Przelewy24 service may lodge complaints regarding the Przelewy24 Payment Service if their donation has not been processed or has been processed in breach of the Terms and Conditions of Cooperation with Przelewy24, available at przelewy24.pl/regulamin.
  2. Complaints may be made in the following ways:
    1. in writing – in person at the registered office of PayPro SA or by post via a postal operator as defined in the Act of 23 November 2012. – Postal Act (Journal of Laws, item 1529, as amended);
    2. electronically – by sending an email to serwis@przelewy24.pl or via the online contact form available on the website at: https://www.przelewy24.pl/reklamacje.
  3. Donors can also contact the Foundation to report any problems with making a one-off donation by emailing kontakt@impuls-spoleczny.pl.
  4. Donors may request a refund of their donation within 14 days of the date of payment. To do so, please send an email to: kontakt@impuls-spoleczny.pl, stating ‘Donation refund’ in the subject line. The refund, less any bank transfer fees, will be processed within 7 working days of the Foundation receiving the request.

§ 8.

In matters not covered by these Rules, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.

§ 9.

The Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

§ 10.

These Terms and Conditions shall come into force on 6 July 2026.
